Amber provided doula services for me during my recent birth. Prior to the birth, she visited my husband and I and trained us on pain relief techniques that turned out to be absolutely vital in having an unmedicated hospital delivery. She also taught us some useful diapering and swaddling techniques. In the weeks leading up to my due date, she coached me via text through prodromal labor and helped me understand what was happening. On the day of the birth, she was my anchor and helped me stay calm through my pain and have a successful natural birth. She always knew just what to say, how to touch me, and what would help.
